Hi Veronica, I recently found your channel and I’m so glad you popped up because your content is truly chef’s kiss - thank you for always being open and honest in a world where that’s extremely rare ❤ I wanted to ask you something - and please excuse me if this is a weird question, obviously you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to - is there a possibility that you might have ADHD (perhaps inattentive type, which is the one that’s more common in women)? I myself was diagnosed a couple of months ago (after I had been researching it for a long time & everything just kept making more and more sense as time went on) I’m asking you because in the very 1st min of this video, you mentioned a few things that made a lot of sense to my ADHD self: our attention spans being shot to hell, letting your dishes slowly pile up until it’s this insurmountable task, “struggling” to observe timelines when posting videos… Idk, perhaps these are all just coincidences (after all, ADHD symptoms are normal human behaviours - it’s when they are “too much” or when they make your life somewhat dysfunctional that issues arise), but tbh this is not the first time I happen to ask myself that question when watching a video of yours, so I figured, why not point this out, even if there’s just 1% probability that it could help you or someone else reading this out? I really hope this doesn’t come across as offensive, I just mean for it to be food for thought! 💕 PS excuse me for any mistakes I made, English isn’t my first language lol

Yay for adult ballet!!! 👏👏 So many places teach to children and teens only. However, a lot of these kids grow up and STILL have a love for ballet/dance, but the opportunities are gone.

Another vote for keeping these vlogs about the workshops going! I'm on a break from Adult Ballet at the moment (it's been over a year) because "life" however these vlogs keep me connected in my own way

I was a yoga teacher for years and ended up needing a spinal fusion bc of back hyperextensions caused me to have a herniated disc. Ballet is something that makes my body feel good, and elongates my muscles. I love watching your videos. You’re so beautiful and creative!

The windows at the studio are soooo gorgeous 🥰 Are you familiar with Rachel Brice, she does Fusion style belly dance? Rachel was a yoga instructor for years before she became a dancer, and heavily incorporates yoga practice into her instruction now that she's a dance teacher. She did a double DVD back in the day called Serpentine, with a lot of focus on yoga as flexibility conditioning. I know you've recently started to teach yoga as part of your workshops, and I think it could be really helpful to do something similar to RB''s program, but specifically for adult beginner ballet dancers, focusing on flexibility, extension, warming up the muscles, conditioning, etc., for dancers trying to push new movements on older bodies. Love seeing the behind the scenes stuff from your workshops! ❤

the Semester idea sounds so good iam literally thinking about traveling from Germany to the us 😭imstill in school so this isn’t an actual possibility but iam just praying that this will go on so mabey in a year I will make it ☺but for now I’m just enjoying the videos and the virtual would be Awsome🕺🎀

The title though 😂😂😂😂 Alternative title: "Girl being told that she is too old to do ballet, what happens next is shocking" I am starting my ballet journey in October. This channel inspired to start this journey. I have already reached out to the teachers of the studio. They are so nice. I hope that many artists feel encouraged to start their journey, reach their goals and have fun while doing it. Artists make the world more creative and colorful.
